INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Optional: Sliced tomatoes or crispy bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without cutting all the way through.
